Does MyUniBuddy submit my application to a university?
The current workspace records your application preparation and internal progress. It does not automatically send applications to university admissions systems. Complete the official application process and keep the reference number or receipt issued by the institution.
Do I need an account to explore?
You can browse the institution directory, read the guides and use the preparation checklist without an account. Create an account when you want to save your profile, documents and application plan in the learner workspace.
Will meeting an APS requirement guarantee a place?
No. An Admission Point Score is only part of an institution’s selection criteria. Subject requirements, available places, additional assessments and programme rules may also apply. Always check the official prospectus for your intended year of study.
Are the institutions listed partners of MyUniBuddy?
No partnership is implied by an institution appearing here. The directory links to official websites so you can research your options. It is a starting selection, not a complete national catalogue.
What about fees and funding?
This site does not publish a MyUniBuddy service price. University application fees and funding conditions are set by the relevant institution or funder. Read the funding guide and confirm current costs and eligibility directly before you apply or pay.
How is my information handled?
Your account and uploaded documents are subject to the access controls described in our privacy notice. Read the Privacy & POPIA page for the information collected, service providers, your rights and the platform’s current limitations. Do not upload sensitive records into public forms.
